Manager: Project Management Office

Responsibilities
Responsible for project management and project development life cycle, overseeing the overall portfolio of operations and IT projects, ensuring successful deliveries.

Skills
Demonstrated strategic leadership in overseeing and managing projects and investments; competency in delivering complex technology projects; significant experience in establishing PMO processes, metrics and efficient use of project management tools; knowledge and experience in successfully executing multiple project development methodologies (agile, iterative, waterfall, etc.) successfully

Manager: Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) for Services

Responsibilities

  • Lead LSS projects
  • Work with operational leaders to gain real-time Voice of Customer (VOC), Voice of Shareholder (VOS) and Voice of the Employee (VOE)
  • Develop and implement appropriate process control systems, support changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Benchmark best-in-class tools & methods, and competitive metric performance and share best practices within the business

Requirements

  • Practical experience with Six Sigma and Lean Transactional Implementation and facilitation in roles of increasing responsibility
  • Advanced Training in Six Sigma and Lean continuous improvement methodologies required. Professional Quality certification (i.e. ISO 9000, ASQ, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Track record of successful execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives and significant change projects in a variety of business settings and situations
